ingredients
- 12 hard boiled eggs, peeled (figure it out yourself how to do this)
- 2 tbsp or so mayo (the real stuff)
- 1 tsp mustard
- onion flakes to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- paprika
equipment
- large mixing bowl
- potato masher
- wooden spoon
- large zip bag
split eggs the long way, remove yolks to bowl. mash yolks with potato masher. add spices, 1 tsp mustard, and half the mayo and mix. add the rest of mayo by small installments until the mixture just holds together. consistency should be thick.
spoon mixture into a zip bag, cut off a small corner of the bag (though large enough so the occassional chunk can get through, and squirt back into the whites as festively as you can. chill for at least an hour, dust with paprika before serving.
